Terms & Policies

Shipping & Delivery

We ship New Zealand–wide, with delivery usually within 2–5 business days. A rural surcharge may apply (we'll let you know if that’s the case).
If you're local to the Whakatāne area, we offer free delivery every Wednesday. You can also collect your order from our Matatā dropbox – we’ll be in touch with pickup instructions once it’s ready.

Order Processing

We’re a small, family-run roastery – every batch is roasted fresh to order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and we’ll do our best to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Subscriptions

Prepaid subscriptions are shipped on the same day of the month as your first order. If you need to update your delivery details or have questions about your subscription, please get in touch.

Returns & Issues

We can’t offer returns on coffee, but if there’s ever an issue with your order or you’re not happy with the beans you’ve received, please contact us straight away. We want you to love your coffee, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Our Coffee

We guarantee your coffee will be as fresh as possible – roasted in small batches with care, and packed by hand. We believe it’s some of the freshest coffee you’ll find anywhere.

Payments

We accept secure card payments through Stripe. All prices are in NZD.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us is used only to process your order, improve your experience, or send you occasional updates if you’ve subscribed. We don’t sell or share your data.
